The Oregon Coalition for an Environmental Rights Amendment
(OCERA) is a growing coalition with a special mission: amending the Oregon Constitution to protect everyone's right to a healthy environment and a stable climate. 

Our nonpartisan approach to amending the Oregon Constitution will include working with state legislators to pass a bill that will refer the amendment to voters. To reinforce that effort, we are also preparing a ballot initiative.
